The Cat that Loves the Purple Christmas Stocking

Well last year, between the Saturday Morning and Afternoon Sessions of April General Conference, my former next door neighbor gave me his cat, Ling. And she is a funny cat. She mainly stays in the basement. Anyway, shortly after Christmas, I bought this small purple Christmas stocking for 25 cents. I thought it would be a fun little something to give someone next year. Well I made the mistake of leaving that stocking in the basement. And it seems no matter where I move the stocking, Ling finds it! One time it was on the back of a bookshelf, and she still discovered it. I haven't figured out what she sees in the stocking. It really puzzles me, she likes that stocking more than her other cat toys. So much for trying to get a head start on next year's Christmas shopping!
